NCERT KIT maths and science Study Materials 2020 for STD 6 to 8 in Gujarat Primary school. The contract details of empanelled firms are as per enclosed Annexure. A Licence fee of indirectly sold kits must be deposited to NCERT by the empanelled firms by l Qtt' date of next calendar month. (b-3) Purchase from NCERT empanelled Firms by State Govt,(lndirect Gross Purchase): As per NCERT's policy the practice of State Government placing orders for Educational School Kits developed by NCERT are as under: (i) The State Government will be allowed to place orders directly with the firms empanelled by NCERT and a copy of the said order will also be sent to NCERT along with 5% of the total cost of order as the License Fee. (ii) The States may empanel firms on their own too and place orders based on the technical specifications provided by NCERT. ln this case too, 5% of the total cost of order will be sent to NCERT as the License Fee. (iii) The State Government will ensure thorough quality check so that Educational School Kits are made as per the technical specifications of the NCERT available (iv) The list of firms empanelled with NCERT, approved rate list of the Kits and technical specifications of each kit will be uploaded on NCERT website and communicated to all State Governments.

The school/institutions may place order by paying kit cost mentioned above inclusive of Basic Kit Price, applicable GST and License fee to get the kit from any of the empanelled firm with intimation to NCERT. The applicable Packing and transportation charges will be borne by the buyer for minimum order value of Rs. Two Lakc. For order value less than Rs. Two lakh, the transportation charges will be decided by buyer and empanelled firm mutually.
