Subject: Matter of proper disposal of questions of teachers under COVID-19.
Sahebshree, Sadar Namaskar, Jayabharat co. On the above subject, to state that recently a lockdown has been ordered in the entire state under the novel Coron Virus (COVID 19) global epidemic, various tasks have been assigned to primary teachers in this period. For this reason, the following matters are requested to be taken into consideration.
1, To provide safety ticket and police protection to teachers going for various survey operations.
2. Teachers should be given a pass and also a PDF file of the question papers so that they do not have difficulty in delivering the question papers of the annual examination to the children.
3. Exemption of teachers from this operation during vacation time if teachers are assigned duty at a cheap food shop.
4. In order for children to enjoy during the vacation, children should enjoy other activities such as vacation camps.
5. Teachers should open the suburbs of the districts to go to their hometowns during the vacation.
6. Out of the various grants of SMCs of schools due to lock down in the previous year, the remaining grants should be allowed to be used within three months after the commencement of school.
