Subject: Periodic test planning for students of Std. 3 to 8 in the month of April.
COVID 19- Periodic assessment test of Gujarati (first language) in every medium in standard 3 and English and Hindi in Mathematics, Std. . You are requested to take further action from your level in view of the following matters regarding the routine test to be taken in April - 2021.
In the month of April, tests will be held on environment in Std-9 and Gujarati (first language) and Mathematics in Std- 4 to 8. The above periodic evaluation tests To be held during 27/04/2021 and 28/04/2021.

Tests should reach the students in hardcopy or softcopy by 9/08/2021. Tests of all mediums will also be made available on GCERT's website (www.gcert.gujarat.gov.in) on 9/06/2011 as well as Gujarati medium tests which can also be obtained from the QR code on the textbook index of that subject.

The above tests are expected to be written by the student from home under the supervision of the parent at the convenience of the parent and the student. It is desirable that students take the test in a fear-free and stress-free environment as the purpose of the test is to know the student's progress.
• Assignment completion report at the end of contract duration. Monitoring and Reporting. The IVA will report to the Secretary, Department of School Education, Government of Gujarat.
The IVA will generate and submit to GoG and the World Bank, DLI verification. report highlighting DLI wise progress against the agreed outputs and timelines; within three months of receipt of data/information from GoG.

Time frame for study about Unit Test.
The IVA will be hired for a period of three years initially and extendable upto six years
based on performance after 3 years. However, in case the IVA is not able to
satisfactorily deliver against the score of work of this ToR, the contract may be
terminated at an earlier date with one month’s prior notice.

Qualification Criteria.
Successful execution of independent verification activities and/or program. monitoring and evaluation for at least three government projects/schemes.
Demonstrated experience of working on education or social development sector. projects at the national and state levels. The agency shall be any Government Statistics Agency or any Private sector.
verification agencies or Academic Institutions with experience of providing Third party Independent Verification and/or auditing services required for a Program-for Results (PforR) operations, registered in India.
