The Gujarat government has taken the most important decision. The state may announce a new order to address the shortage of teachers in primary schools. The state government will recruit 3300 teachers in primary schools, 1300 teachers in standard 1 to 5, 2000 teachers in standard 6 to 8.
Recruitment will be done within 2 months.
The state government will recruit within the next two months. The government will recruit teachers in Std. 6th to 8th according to the proper qualification of the subject.
TEACHERS vacancies for teachers
According to a report, there are one million vacancies for teachers across the country. This is the reason why the proposed policy will be presented to the Cabinet soon.
Earlier, the policy commission had also advised school teachers to be exempted from other non-academic activities, including election work. However, some states like Delhi have taken the issue seriously and released teachers from the responsibility of BLO (Booth Leal Officer). However, in most of the other states, teachers have to perform BLO. In the last few days, the policy commission had provided information on such teachers from the states.

The question was asked about unemployment in the budget session of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly. In this question, the government said that there are 3,92,418 educated unemployed and 20,566 semi-educated unemployed in the state with a total of 4,12,985 unemployed.
